Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, managing and coaching a high-performing team of Territory Sales Managers to deliver sales growth, market share, and customer satisfaction targets across assigned regions.
- Developing and executing strategic and tactical business plans aligned with national objectives to drive commercial performance and business improvement.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer partnerships through strong clinical understanding, case support, and solution-based selling.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy, manage budgets, and initiate corrective actions where required.
- Champion a culture of excellence by supporting recruitment, coaching, compliance, and continuous development across the sales organisation.
- Collaborating with your sales and marketing leadership peers, national team and cross-functional partners in marketing, finance and business excellence.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business or related fields.
- Proven sales experience and people leadership experience in the Medical Technology industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into actionable sales plans and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to be hands-on.
- Demonstrated expertise in value-based healthcare, stakeholder engagement, and complex deal negotiation across multiple levels of healthcare organisations.
