The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Rheumatology Business Development Manager within a specialised healthcare service and pharmacy business that simplifies the complex world of medical approvals and specialised dispensing. This is a highly visible, field-based role where you will partner closely with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive timely, safe, and convenient access to their medicines.

As the BDM you will:

  • Collaborate with clinics and healthcare teams to support patient adherence, improve outcomes, and reduce administrative burden on clinical staff
  • Engage regularly with specialists and allied health professionals to develop and grow long-term partnerships
  • Provide field insights and contribute to ongoing commercial and growth strategy

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven success in Sales or Business Development in the Rheumatology market
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage clinical stakeholders
  • Experience in field-based roles with a track record of growing networks and driving results
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong autonomy and time management skills
