Business Development Manager - Pain management therapies - Central and Western Sydney
We are partnering with a global leader in innovative pain management therapies to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Central and Western Sydney.
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected organisation at the forefront of neuromodulation technology, improving outcomes for patients living with chronic pain through advanced, evidence-based solutions used in specialist hospital settings. In this role, you will not only work closely with clinicians, but also have direct exposure to patients and the real-world impact of this technology in improving quality of life.
You will take ownership of a defined territory, building strong clinical and commercial relationships across key hospital accounts. This is a high-impact role combining clinical education, solution selling, and strategic territory development.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Driving sales growth and achieving territory revenue targets
• Developing and executing strategic territory plans
• Building strong relationships with surgeons, pain specialists, and hospital stakeholders
• Identifying new opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Delivering product education and procedural support in theatre and clinical settings
• Engaging with patients during procedures to understand and witness the impact of therapy
• Managing territory administration, forecasting, and expense control
• Staying ahead of competitor activity and market dynamics
We’re looking for a high-performing medical device sales professional who thrives in complex hospital environments.
You will bring:
• Extensive medical device sales experience in hospitals (theatre or procedural focus essential); neuromodulation experience highly regarded
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing territory share
• Strong ability to engage and educate clinical stakeholders
• Confident communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Tertiary qualification in Science, Business, or related field
• High level of organisation, autonomy, and commercial acumen
This is an opportunity to work with innovative, life-changing technology in a rapidly growing therapy area, within a highly autonomous territory supported by a strong national team. You’ll partner closely with leading surgeons, specialists and hospital teams in a culture focused on clinical excellence, collaboration, and performance — while also having the unique opportunity to see firsthand the difference this therapy makes in patients’ lives.
