Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Provide clinical and technical support during vascular procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Partner with clinicians to drive therapy adoption, including patient selection and best practice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vascular surgeons, interventionalists, and hospital stakeholders
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve growth and expand therapy utilisation
- Deliver high-quality product education, in-services, and training
- Maintain deep clinical and product knowledge, including market and competitor insights
- Manage case coverage, inventory, and reporting requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Clinical, medical device, or healthcare background (sales experience advantageous but not essential)
- Experience working in hospital environments (e.g. cath lab, vascular, theatre, complex works in the vascular space)
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with clinicians
- Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts in a clear, compelling way
- Highly organised with strong time and territory management skills
- A proactive, driven mindset with a passion for improving patient outcomes
