We are partnering with a leading medical technology organisation to appoint a National Sales Manager within their Critical Care division, overseeing a highly regarded capital equipment portfolio spanning neonatal through to adult care.

 

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving national performance while building a high-performing, engaged sales team. You will lead a team across Australia, working closely with clinical stakeholders and key accounts to deliver meaningful outcomes in acute care environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive national sales performance while coaching and developing your team in the field.

 

Key responsibilities:


• Lead, coach, and develop a national team
• Drive revenue growth and manage the capital equipment pipeline
• Partner with key accounts and KOLs to strengthen market position
• Execute national sales strategy and support territory planning
• Monitor performance, forecasting, and CRM activity

 

You will bring: 

 

• Proven success in medical device sales, with capital equipment experience essential
• Leadership experience or strong mentoring capability with a desire to step up
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in hospital sales environments
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships

Critical care experience is highly regarded but not essential.
