Report to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities are:
- Drive territory growth by winning new business and expanding key hospital accounts.
- Build influential relationships with clinicians, nurses, procurement teams and hospital decision-makers.
- Execute strategic territory plans to maximise sales performance and market share.
- Deliver compelling product education and clinical support that drives customer confidence.
- Manage pipeline, CRM and territory performance with discipline and commercial focus.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer and patient outcomes.
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Proven track record of success in medical device or healthcare sales.
- Strong hospital network with experience influencing clinical stakeholders
- Commercial acumen with excellent territory and account management skills.
- Confident presenting clinical evidence and communicating value to customers.
- Highly driven, organised and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
- Collaborative relationship builder with exceptional communication skills and a valid driver's licence.
