Exciting opportunity ahead for all commercially savvy surgical sales professionals to join this team with strong growth opportunities.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales growth across your hospital territory and exceed targets within the surgical wound care portfolio.
  • Partner with surgeons, theatre teams and wound care specialists to improve post-operative patient outcomes.
  • Promote innovative technologies that help prevent surgical site complications and support faster healing.
  • Execute strategic account plans to grow adoption across public and private hospitals.
  • Deliver clinical education and product demonstrations that build confidence and influence practice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and commercial success.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Proven success in medical device or healthcare sales, ideally within hospitals.
  • Experience building relationships with surgeons, theatre staff or clinical stakeholders.
  • Commercially driven with strong territory planning and account management skills.
  • Confident presenting clinical evidence and influencing product adoption.
  • Passionate about improving surgical outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions.
  • A proactive relationship builder with excellent communication skills and a valid driver's licence.
