We are partnering with a highly regarded, purpose-driven healthcare organisation to find a Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate for their ANZ operations in Consumer Healthcare.
  
In this fast-paced, highly regulated environment, the role sits at the heart of compliance, product registration, and regulatory strategy. You will help manage and execute regulatory submissions, ensure ongoing compliance of marketed products, and provide guidance across the business to support product development and commercial initiatives.
  
This is a visible, high-impact role reporting into senior leadership, with responsibility across both marketed products and pipeline & innovative projects.


What you’ll do:
  • Help lead regulatory strategy for a diverse listed Medicines & complementary medicines portfolio across ANZ
  • Oversee TGA & Medsafe submissions, lifecycle management, advertising, and post-market compliance
  • Drive system transformation processes and improve internal best practice
  • Help transform regulatory operations and streamline processes, strengthen governance, and enable faster, confident decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Quality, Supply, and Medical teams
What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years regulatory experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer health, with listed medicines focus or prescription medicines
  • Strong knowledge of ANZ regulatory frameworks and submission processes (TGA, Medsafe)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be based in Sydney
