Hands-on Digital Marketing Associate role with a leading medical aesthetics brand. Help create content, CRM campaigns, and brand activation

We’re partnering with a leading global medical aesthetics brand to find a digitally savvy, hands-on marketing associate who thrives across content, CRM, and events. This highly visible role sits at the centre of marketing, sales, and clinical teams - allowing you to own content creation, drive engagement, and support commercial growth across Australia.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the creation of high-quality digital content, turning technical or clinical material into engaging campaigns across social media, web, and clinic resources.
• Own content strategy and execution, manage content calendars, optimise campaigns
• Build and execute targeted CRM campaigns, manage customer journeys, and use data-driven insights to improve engagement and conversion.
• Support brand activation through events, workshops, trade shows, and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, sales, and clinical teams to deliver projects that align with both brand and business objectives.

As the suitable candidate, you will have/be:

• Strong experience in digital content creation
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and email marketing.
• Confident working across multiple stakeholders including sales, clinical, and agencies.
• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, pharma, or similar).
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in healthcare, or consumer-led regulated industries is highly regarded.
