The Opportunity

We are partnering with a global healthcare technology leader to recruit a Senior Commercial Analyst to join their team based in Sydney.

This is a highly strategic role supporting some of the organisation's largest national customer accounts across multiple healthcare portfolios. Working alongside senior commercial leaders, you'll develop pricing strategies, financial models and market insights that directly influence commercial decisions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of commercial pricing models, financial modelling tools and contract profitability analysis
• Build market share reporting, commercial dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Excel
• Champion the use of AI tools to automate analysis, interrogate complex datasets and generate commercial insights
• Track contract performance, KPIs, forecasts and customer profitability across enterprise accounts
• Develop executive-level business review presentations highlighting financial performance, opportunities and strategic recommendations
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Commercial Leadership on cross-functional initiatives
• Drive continuous process improvement, reporting standardisation and workflow optimisation

About You

• Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or a related discipline
• 4-5+ years' experience in a Senior Commercial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst or similar commercial analytics role
• Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modelling and pricing analysis
• Strong Power BI, Tableau or business intelligence reporting experience
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar enterprise systems is advantageous
• Demonstrated success delivering process improvement and commercial analytics projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
