Focused on hospital-based sales across Victoria, you’ll work with pharmacy teams, nursing leadership, biomedical engineering, and procurement to drive outcomes that enhance medication safety and operational efficiency.
 
You’ll represent a market-leading portfolio that includes infusion pumps and automated medication dispensing cabinets - critical technologies in the safe delivery of care!
 
Reporting to a supportive and experienced Regional Sales Manager, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your territory like your own business, backed by a high-performing and collaborative team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with national sales strategy
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across hospital networks
  • Partner with multidisciplinary hospital stakeholders to deliver tailored capital solutions
  • Manage sales cycles from stakeholder engagement through to capital tender and implementation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, technical, and implementation teams
  • Deliver exceptional customer education and post-sales support

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in capital equipment or solution-based medical device sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic selling capabilities
  • Confidence engaging with hospital executives and multi-level stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and lead cross-functional collaboration
