Reporting to a supportive and experienced Regional Sales Manager, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your territory like your own business, backed by a high-performing and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with national sales strategy
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across hospital networks
- Partner with multidisciplinary hospital stakeholders to deliver tailored capital solutions
- Manage sales cycles from stakeholder engagement through to capital tender and implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, technical, and implementation teams
- Deliver exceptional customer education and post-sales support
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in capital equipment or solution-based medical device sales
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic selling capabilities
- Confidence engaging with hospital executives and multi-level stakeholders
