Focused on hospital-based sales across NSW and ACT, you’ll work with pharmacy teams, nursing leadership, biomedical engineering, and procurement to drive outcomes that enhance medication safety and operational efficiency.
You’ll represent a market-leading portfolio that includes infusion pumps and automated medication dispensing cabinets - critical technologies in the safe delivery of care.
Reporting to a supportive and experienced Regional Sales Manager, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your territory like your own business, backed by a high-performing and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute territory plans aligned with national sales strategy

Identify and convert new business opportunities across hospital networks

Partner with multidisciplinary hospital stakeholders to deliver tailored capital solutions

Manage sales cycles from stakeholder engagement through to capital tender and implementation

Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, technical, and implementation teams

Deliver exceptional customer education and post-sales support
What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in capital equipment or solution-based medical device sales

Strong commercial acumen and strategic selling capabilities

Confidence engaging with hospital executives and multi-level stakeholders
