They are now seeking a Territory Manager for Qld South to manage and grow a mix of key accounts and new business opportunities across both capital and rental portfolios.
Reporting to the the Queensland Sales Manager, your Key Responsibilities will include:

Achieve and exceed sales targets across a defined portfolio

Develop strong relationships with aged care executives, facility managers and clinical staff

Deliver product training and in-service support to end-users

Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts

Plan and manage your territory effectively to maximise impact

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers
About You:
-
Experience working with or selling into aged care is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen
- Hunting mentality and be on top of buying cycles.

Comfortable engaging with both executive-level and clinical stakeholders

A consultative, professional and empathetic communication style

Resilient and self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Passion for winning and an excellent team player
