We have a newly created role for a strategic sales professional in Perth to play a critical role in establishing partnerships with key stakeholders who treat this disease and their patients.
Reporting to the ANZ Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and building relationships with KOLS and understanding their key drivers in the treatment of rare diseases
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the local patient journey
- Identify insights and pain points for key stakeholders
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to unblock challenges for patients
- Develop clear prioritisation to optimise the Rare Disease portfolio by account developing and executing strategic business plans
- Business development and launch of new products
- Applying clinical evidence to build confidence in your brand
- Working collaboratively with your national team and cross functional stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3-5+ years relevant experience in rare disease, haematology/oncology, rheumatology or endocrinology – preferred
- Proven hospital key account management experience
- Strong patient focus
- Intermittent interstate travel required.
- Sound technical aptitude and communication skills
- Highly collaborative
