Reporting to the Business Unit Director, your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and executive strategy in line with local and global strategy.
• Lead the development of impactful, campaigns for HCPs and patients.
• Manage brand forecasting and oversee the marketing budget.
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and customer insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and medical.
• Build strong KOL relationships to support market shaping and brand advocacy.

To be successful you will have:

• Bachelor qualifications in Marketing, Business or Health Sciences.
• Proven experience in Specialty pharmaceutical marketing.
• A strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to work across cross-functional teams, including medical, sales, and global stakeholders.
• Sound digital marketing experience; prior omnichannel approach highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
