They pride themselves on building dynamic, commercially sound and technically capable sales teams through excellence in training and developing their teams. A position in Melbourne's Metro area has become available for an experienced sales professional to join their team. 

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • growing sales of surgical products within your hospital accounts 
  • analyse and interpret sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • engage with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital procurement to ensure confidence in your products
  • manage in theatre-demonstrations and support clinical cases 
  • provide outstanding customer service 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor Degree – science or business preferred
  • a proven track record in medical device/consumables and/or B2B sales
  • strong commercial acumen
  • excellent relationship building skills
  • strong technical aptitude
  • passion for winning and an excellent team player
  • capability to work autonomously
