A rare opportunity to join a proudly independent and family-owned ANZ medical device business to champion a key portfolio and product range. This company prides itself on it's strong culture, experienced team and high-quality products. Their growth has not only come through business success, but via strategic acquisition of new products to distribute. This is a hands-on sales role, along with being the leader of their team responsible for their interventional vascular business.
Reporting to the Country Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a small team of experienced sales representatives around Australia
- Responsibility for Sydney metro territory.
- Implementing the strategy through the sales team
- Managing a small territory of your own
- Developing and implementing business plans, including P&L responsibility.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Degree qualifications in Science, Business or related field
- Experience with endovascular sales within a Cath Lab or similar environment essential
- Passion, motivation, and drive to drive sales outcomes
- Proven track record of success, ideally in medical device/surgical fields
- High level strategic ability, while still contributing to the ‘nitty-gritty’ as needed.
This is a role suited to someone who wants to take ownership of the portfolio while driving the business at a strategic level. Someone who is willing and able to travel, be on the ground when needed, while being highly organised and collaborative. I know its asking a lot! Are you up to the challenge?
