In this pivotal role, you’ll provide hands on clinical support and education to surgeons making a tangible difference in patient care and enhancing surgical outcomes.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Collaborate with Business Unit Manager to coordinate and deliver clinical support and training for microsurgical robotic systems
  • Build and maintain contact with existing/new customers to prospect new business opportunities
  • Manage cases and provide post-procedure feedback to surgeons
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare staff
  • Document insights and identify new business opportunities
  • Contribute to sales strategies and provide market intelligence

 

To be successful in the role you will have:

 

  • A proven track record in medical device sales or clinical experience wanting to move into medical device sales
  • Experience working in the theatre environment
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Passion for learning with a growth mindset
