Hospital focused role to expand the wound care business for an established medical consumables business. Responsibility for all NSW hospitals.

This company is a global innovator of healthcare solutions to the medical industry with customers focused in hospitals, aged care and community. They pride themselves on a culture of high performance, collaboration and care, whilst have a strong focus on the development of their people. As they enter an exciting new growth chapter, they are in search of a new Business Development Manager to strengthen their relationships and business partnerships across NSW hospital accounts for their wound care portfolio.
  
Reporting to the National Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • managing relationships with hospital customers to identify new business opportunities
  • developing and executing account management plans in line with ANZ business objectives
  • providing commercial and clinical solutions to strengthen partnerships and grow brand presence
  • establishing and delivering strong market insights and commercial intelligence
  • lead and support ongoing tendering processes
  • working collaboratively with internal team including Clinical Specialists, the Aged Care team, and marketing. 

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor qualifications in Science, Business or related fields
  • Proven track in driving B2B growth in the hospital sector
  • Experience in medical consumables or medical devices
  • Strong business acumen and sound communication skills
  • A deep understanding of wound care clinically
