Due to a team rebuild, a unique opportunity awaits a driven and proven commercial leader to step into a Senior Senior Strategic Account Manager role focused on driving strategic partnerships across private healthcare networks and buying groups in QLD and NSW. We are open to Queensland or NSW based candidates.
Reporting to Senior Corporate Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Represent this company's key Capital Equipment portfolio.
- Lead a major Enterprise Buying Group nationally, shaping strategy and driving performance across multiple States and stakeholders.
- Own C-Suite relationships (CEO, CFO) and deliver strategic, high-value commercial partnerships across key private hospital accounts.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and long-term market expansion through expert negotiation, business development and contract leadership.
- Develop and execute Strategic Account & Buying Group plans, collaborating cross-functionally to bring innovative Medtronic technologies to market.
- Represent Medtronic at senior industry forums while delivering year-on-year growth, contract KPIs, tender wins and enterprise-level outcomes.
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven leadership experience in medical devices.
- Capital equipment sales or marketing experience.
- Experience working with Private Hospital enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial contracts and influence C-Suite stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
- Strong financial and analytical capability, understanding of modelling, pricing, and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient and highly organised, with the ability to lead strategy, drive growth and manage competing priorities.
