As they prepare to bring their novel treatment to Australian patients, they are looking for a dynamic and passionate Key Account Manager to join their growing team as they launch a first-in-class treatment that will change the future of ophthalmic care. This is a unique opportunity to join their innovative team and be part of something transformative in the world of healthcare. As the Victoria KAM, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and executing sales plans for this new market opportunity
- Developing a thorough understanding of the business opportunities, market, and the customer needs through engagement
- Establishing strong relationships and developing collaborative partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders in the field of geographic atrophy to build the most effective referral pathway and best advocacy for patients
- Collaborating with your internal stakeholders and cross functional team and driving the preparation and execution of a successful launch into the Australian market
As the suitable candidate, you will have/be:
- Proven track record of key account management and sales success working with ophthalmology products; including omnichannel engagement
- Demonstrated launch success is essential with creative problem-solving skills for complex challenges
- Pragmatic, operational and entrepreneurial spirit to own it and work collaboratively across functions to achieve aligned success
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, driving forward through ambiguity and owning accountabilities
