Exciting times ahead as a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering life-changing therapies, launches into the Australian market.  As they prepare to introduce their first in class product in Ophthalmology into Australia, they are looking for an Experienced Key Account Manager to manage NSW South and SA, you will be responsible for:
  
  • Leading, developing and executing sales plans for this new market opportunity
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the business opportunities and of customer needs through engagement
  • Key Account Management - Establishing strong customer relationships and developing collaborative partnerships with key health network stakeholders
  • Collaborating with your internal stakeholders and cross functional team
   
As the suitable candidate, you will have/be:
  
  •  A proven track record in Key Account Management and Sales
  •  Proven track record of market success working with specialised pharmaceutical products
  •  Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, driving forward through ambiguity and owning accountabilities
  • Demonstrated launch success is essential as is creative problem-solving skill for complex challenges
  • Pragmatic, operational and entrepreneurial spirit to own it and work collaboratively across functions to achieve aligned success 
  
Candidates with Ophthalmology experience will be highly regarded; however this is not essential. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with a small but growing cross functional team where you will have a visible and tangible impact, then act fast to be considered for this brilliant opportunity.
