With an impressive history in launching across Haematology and Oncology, Specialised Therapeutics are proud to be launching an exciting new partnership portfolio. This role continues to build on the team’s expertise and will be representing a suite of new life changing products. We are seeking a Therapeutic Lead to establish the business in ANZ & SEA. Reporting to the CEO and as part of the leadership team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing & leading pre & post launch strategy across multiple products & markets
• Leading & influencing your multidisciplinary cross-functional teams
• Building & optimising relationships with KOLs & HCP networks
• Alliance management with key international biotech and pharma partners
• Partnering with the executive team to identify and prioritise market scenarios across ANZ & SEA
• Developing a people plan in line with concurrent launches
• Contributing to the culture & vision of the company and the expansion of the therapy team.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven track record as a commercial leader in the pharmaceutical industry
• Must have Haematology launch experience
• Experienced people management skills with the ability to a build high performing culture
• Strong strategic & executional marketing expertise across multiple launches
• Knowledge of ANZ Haematology/Oncology market, with recent relationships highly desirable
• Ability to analyse financial and industry data related to sales, market share, price/volume, call activity and market research
• External stakeholder management
• Exposure to APAC markets will be advantageous
• Strong presentation & relationship building skills
• Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
• Degree in lifesciences, business, marketing or similar.
