This is an exciting time to join this global medical technology company as part of a recent divestment, relaunch and development of their business, team and culture. A well recognised brand in their areas of specialisation, they pride themselves on innovative technology, broad product offering and focus on bringing value to their customers. Their portfolio includes implants, surgical instruments and capital equipment. Due to business growth, they are in search of a proven medical device sales professional to drive sales in their Newcastle and Central Coast Region.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- growing sales of your portfolio within your core accounts
- analysing and interpreting sales data to identify growth opportunities
- engaging with health professionals and ensuring confidence in the products
- managing demonstrations and supporting clinical cases
- providing outstanding customer service
- collaborating with your sales, marketing and clinical support team
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- a proven track record in medical device sales
- experience working in the theatre environment
- strong commercial acumen
- excellent relationship building skills
- strong technical aptitude
- passion for winning and an excellent team player
