This company has an established, but evolving culture. They have a well-respected product range along with new launches on the horizon. Their team has been through a recent period of change and needs a motivated people leader to bring them together for future success. With a team of 10, it will be a diverse and busy role, but has the advantage of being primarily state-based. 

 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of experienced medical device sales representatives 
- Working closely with the Leadership Team to implement strategy and drive growth
- Supporting the team to grow the business across a mix of specialties
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support a complex portfolio of products

 

To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Degree qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or related field
- A track record of successfully leading a high performance team in a hospital sales based environment
- Significant knowledge of hospital buying strategies - including capital equipment 
- The motivation and drive to suit a busy, diverse team and business environment.
