As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding presence within the healthcare sector. You will identify new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, and develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and cultivate new market opportunities for the company's' product range.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives and hospitals
  • Maintain a high level of activity to maximize sales calls and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on product campaigns and business initiatives.
  • Manage financial reporting and sales forecasting within the region.

About You:

  • Proven sales experience in medical devices, preferably with capital devices and/or acute care
  • Strong ability to develop new business and maintain key customer relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Industry knowledge in acute care, mobility support, or related sectors is a plus.
