Their team is looking for a collaborative people leader to bring them together and unite them for future success. With a capital-centric portfolio you will support the overall business solutions whilst supporting the develop of your diverse team. This role is for someone who is more than a coach, as the responsibility of this role is to also drive the strategic direction of the whole of state business for both Hospitals and Aged Care.

Reporting to the Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of sales representatives, clinical support and a project manager for hospital and aged care clients
  • Working closely with the Leadership Team to collaborate on strategy to drive growth
  • Partnering with key clients to grow the business especially within key hospital accounts
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support a complex portfolio of products

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Degree qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or related field
  • A track record of successfully leading a high performance team in a hospital or aged care sales environment
  • Significant knowledge of capital medical sales buying strategies
  • Proven examples of developing and executing on whole of state business growth
  • The motivation and drive to suit a busy, diverse team and business environment.
