Due to business growth we are searching for a MSL to join their medical team. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of products and contribute to the advancement of patient care in the field of rare disease.

Reporting to the Medical Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Identify and foster purposeful partnerships with key scientific influencers based on local ecosystem dynamics to drive new sources of patient value.
  • Assesses feasibility and strategic alignment of any unsolicited investigator-initiated studies and facilitate submission into global review committees.
  • Supporting and executing medical strategy and work on pre-launch activities across NSW,ACT,SA and WA.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with KOL's and HCP's.
  • Using the support of strong scientific data to build advocacy.
  • Manage symposium's, speaker training, and advisory boards.
  • Maintain the highest level of knowledge across all competing products.

  

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree qualifications in Scientific or Healthcare field
  • PhD, Masters, or Honours in Science (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an MSL.
  • Strong scientific acumen and understanding of therapeutic areas such as Rare Disease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
