In this newly created Medical Science Liaison role, you will work closely with the leadership team and have the opportunity to demonstrate your value directly while influencing local strategies.

Reporting directly to the Head of Medical Affairs, it offers the opportunity to help shape the medical strategy in Australia. An entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of accountability are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance medical in-field execution
- Stay updated on clinical developments and support clinical trial execution through investigator engagement
- Build long-term relationships with KOLs and deliver accurate, balanced scientific information
- Lead advisory boards and educational initiatives
- Establish strategic, trust-based partnerships with patient advocacy groups and promote a patient-centric approach internally
- Support training, presentations, and workshops for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards, review promotional materials, and collaborate cross-functionally to align scientific and business strategies
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience as an MSL in the Australian pharmaceutical market
- An advanced scientific degree
- Strong knowledge of disease states, clinical research, and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to engage with HCPs and attend scientific conferences
