We’re currently recruiting for two Associate Territory Managers in New Zealand (Auckland based) – a structured entry point into medical device sales, designed for individuals with a clinical background and a commercial mindset.

 

You’ll be part of a high-performing team, receiving full hands-on training and support, including direct mentorship from a dedicated leader whose sole focus is your development and success.            

                          

This role offers significant clinical exposure, the chance to work side-by-side with surgeons and theatre teams, and a clearly defined pathway toward a Territory Manager role.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Shadowing and supporting Territory Managers across sales and clinical education
  • Building knowledge of key products and their applications in surgery and patient care
  • Engaging with surgeons, nurses, and hospital teams to understand needs and challenges
  • Learning how to deliver impactful product messaging and value-based selling
  • Developing your own territory plan and account strategies over time
  • Attending surgeries, in-servicing staff, and supporting hospital education sessions

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A clinical or healthcare background – nursing, theatre, physio, or similar
  • A strong commercial mindset – you enjoy solving problems and driving results
  • Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to build strong relationships quickly
  • A hunger to learn, grow, and carve out a long-term career in medical device sales
  • Resilience, adaptability, and professionalism
