This niche global pharmaceutical company is dedicated to research and development focussed on treating rare diseases and improving the quality of patients lives. They are looking for a proven and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to manage their  NSW hospital accounts.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • growing the sales of your portfolio 
  • developing strategic business plans through analysing sales data
  • managing all stakeholders within your hospital accounts
  • engaging with key customers to build confidence in prescribing your brands
  • collaborating with your national and cross-functional team

The successful candidate will have:

  • a proven track record in hospital specialty sales
  • strong strategic planning and hospital account management skills
  • excellent customer engagement and relationship building skills
  • sound technical and problems solving skills
  • ability to think strategically, and quickly build rapport and strong, rewarding relationships with key stakeholders across all levels
  • collaborative team player who is customer-centric, results-driven & solutions-focused
  • positive, professional with integrity and a growth mindset

Candidates with Neurology experience will be highly regarded, however this is not essential. What's more important is you enjoy working in a competitive market where you will engage with a variety of stakeholders who have the patient as the core focus of everything they do.
