With an exciting portfolio of rare disease therapies preparing for launch, the company is expanding its team to deliver impact across ANZ. They are seeking a Medical Manager who can lead from the front, shape strategy, and make a meaningful difference to patients’ lives.

 

As the Medical Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering medical strategy across Australia
  • Managing the rare disease medical Opex budget 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and patient organisations 
  • Leading and overseeing PSPs and PFPs 
  • Reviewing and approving promotional and non-promotional materials 
  • Driving the planning and execution of symposia, speaker training, and advisory boards 
  • Collaborating with and influencing cross-functional ANZ teams

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • PhD (preferred) or degree in Pharmacy or Public Health or highly related degrees. 
  • Proven track record in a strategic medical affairs role (Medical Manager, Medical Advisor etc.); pre-launch experience
  • Rare disease or neurology experience highly regarded
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills 
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
