Due to business growth opportunities, they are in search of a new Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations to join their leadership team.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and executive execute overall corporate operational strategy in line with global and local strategy.
- Contribute to whole organisation top line performance and P&L, partnering with all business units to pull through strategic initiatives and achieve business goals.
- Lead, manage and coach a small team of SFE, Analytics and Tender Managers.
- Drive commercial excellence alignment across all company divisions.
- Lead strategic initiatives to foster teamwork and achieve business goals.
- Centralise data to deliver insights that support commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimise targeting and maximise ROI.
- Improve CRM, implement KPIs, and align reporting with global standards.
- Support strategic projects to ensure seamless expansions and relocations.
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Proven experience within the Pharmaceutical industry in Commercial Excellence Strategic and Operational leadership roles.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong planning and organisation skills.
- Sound analytical skills to interpret data and shape strategy.
- Solid business acumen, from insights to actionable strategies.
- SAP experience preferred, with strong CRM and KPI expertise.
