With a deep commitment to clinical development and improving patient outcomes, we are seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to join their high-performing medical affairs team.
As an MSL, you will play a key role in developing scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting clinical research, and providing expert medical insights. Working within a collaborative team, you’ll engage with KOLs and diverse HCPs to facilitate scientific exchange and ensure evidence-based decision-making.
Reporting directly to the Head of Medical Affairs, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Strategically navigating the healthcare ecosystem with resilience and accountability
- Supporting both currently marketed and pipeline indications across multiple therapy areas
- Providing scientific expertise and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitating investigator-initiated research and supporting clinical trials
- Representing the company at medical conferences, advisory boards, and expert meetings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align medical strategy with business objectives
- A degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Previous experience as an MSL or within medical affairs
- Strong ability to communicate complex scientific data and build advocacy
- Experience supporting clinical research and an understanding of regulatory frameworks
- A high level of scientific curiosity and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
- Strong flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work autonomously
