This 18 month fixed term contract position is a unique opportunity for an HR Advisor or HR Operations specialist to step up and lead employee lifecycle in a dynamic and global business. It is a period of high growth for the ANZ team and this role will grow with the business and beyond, during this time. The role will work in a fast paced, matrixed and collaborative environment with an empowering leader. It will suit a proactive and highly communicative HR professional, capable of managing competing priorities and reporting requirements. As the main point of contact for HR enquiries, this is a central and highly visible role. Working in close collaboration with the HR Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Owning Employee Relations across all areas of the business
- Recruitment, Selection and Employer Branding
- Owning onboarding, exits and employee enquiries
- Supporting the outsourced Payroll partner with monthly HR reporting and audit processes
- Managing HRIS optimisation, ongoing reporting and maintaining data in line with local and global compliance
- Contributing to Learning & Development and maintaining compliance records
- Leading Work, Health & Safety programs including mandatory training
- Coordinating HR contributions to company wide meetings and inductions
- Supporting global HR projects as needed.
The successful candidate will have:
- HR Generalist experience, preferably within commercial business units
- Confidence leading ER matters, liaising with employees at all levels
- Exceptional communication, diplomacy and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor qualifications in HR, or similar
- Recruitment, employer branding and/or agency partnering
- Payroll experience, in house or partnering
- HRIS experience, with Workday, Success Factors or similar ideal
- Confidence in HR Reporting, Advanced MS Excel skills and analytical skills
- WHS experience, with RTW case management advantageous
- Experience partnering in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices Industry advantageous.
