Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and commercialisation strategy to drive brand success for a first-of-its-kind specialist ophthalmic treatment.
- Build awareness and educate stakeholders about geographic atrophy, while ensuring our promotional programs foster brand adoption and customer engagement.
- Leverage market insights to craft innovative, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Finance, to implement strategy and ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
- Be the key influencer and champion of our product’s vision, inspiring excitement and engagement within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Drive the execution of metrics-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring success through performance tracking and adaptability.
- Ensure all strategies comply with industry regulations, policies, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive experience in biotech/pharma marketing, with a proven track record in brand strategy and pharmaceutical product launch. Ophthalmic disease/medical retina is desirable but not essential.
- Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing and commercialisation strategies.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex interactions with senior stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation and problem-solving, with an entrepreneurial mindset to overcome challenges.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
