We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join a market leading medical device business, specialising in ostomy and continence care solutions. Their mission is to restore confidence, dignity, and a sense of normalcy to patients after ostomy surgery.

 
In this role, you will be working alongside another QLD Territory Manager to drive sales growth and expand market share across the state, promoting two market-leading ostomy products known for providing reliable, life-enhancing solutions to patients.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop key account plans aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Establish call cycles and plans for maximum productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities while maintaining current customer relationships.
  • Identify strategic customer issues and foster mutually beneficial partnerships through education and support.
  • Work autonomously and in a self-directed/self-motivated way.

About You:

  • Proven track record in sales and key account management within medical devices is essential. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence.
