This company is a leading provider of innovative scientific equipment, working with top tier suppliers and also used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical laboratories across Australia. They pride themselves in bringing global leading brands to provide faster results and greater convenience to their customers. They are currently looking for a qualified and proven sales professional to drive sales within their Victorian key accounts.

Reporting to the Scientific Division Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • managing a diverse portfolio of products
  • identifying sales growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • engaging with key stakeholders who will positively influence your business
  • providing demonstrations, troubleshooting and technical support and pragmatic scientific information
The successful candidate will have:
  • degree qualified preferable in Microbiology, Biochemistry or Molecular biology
  • a proven track record of scientific/technical sales success (having had experience in the food industry would be advantageous)
  • exceptional technical aptitude and strong business acumen
  • strong relationship and account management skills
Candidates with a background in quality assurance will be highly regarded however this is not essential. What's more important is your passion for delivering the highest quality service to your customers and your team spirit.
