Their team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to enhance customer experience. This role plays a vital part in maximising customer interactions, automation, and business intelligence.
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Order processing, fulfilment, and enquiry management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to optimise service efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and service level enhancements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and proactively enhance their experience.
- Develop automation and business intelligence initiatives to improve service delivery
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a customer care or service-oriented role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP (or equivalent ERP systems), Salesforce CRM, and Business Intelligence tools.
- High attention to detail with strong data entry and IT literacy.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to challenge established practices and drive improvements.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to manage pressure and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
