Join a global medical device business with a strong commitment to supplying exceptional medical devices that positively impact people's lives. Dedicated to promoting medical products through education, training, and support, this is an established business which specialises in the areas of ostomy and continence. Work alongside another SA Territory Manager to promote two market-leading ostomy products, making a real impact in patient care. 

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, this role will require you to:
  • Develop key account plans aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Establish call cycles and plans for maximum productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities while maintaining current customer relationships.
  • Identify strategic customer issues and foster mutually beneficial partnerships through education and support.
  • Work autonomously and in a self-directed/self-motivated way.
To be successful in this role you need:
  • Proven track record in sales and key account management within medical devices is essential. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence.
A clinical or nursing background would be beneficial for this role, but not a deal breaker. However, having a passion for patient outcomes is definitely needed. This is a great role for someone looking to take full ownership of what they do and manage their own business.
